About Me
My background is in IT systems, infrastructure, field support, and technical operations. Working closely with those systems gave me a clear view of the repetitive tasks, inconsistent processes, and usability problems that slow teams down.
Rather than continuing to solve those problems manually, I began developing tools with PowerShell, Python, and Google Apps Script. What started as individual scripts evolved into modular applications, workflow platforms, dashboards, and production automation used by other members of the organization.
I am now pursuing product-development opportunities where I can combine that practical operational experience with software development, product thinking, and a strong focus on solving meaningful user problems.
